人文系列讲座--The Great American Movie

讲座概要：Jim将和大家交流美国电影，从文化角度去探讨美国优秀电影的共同点：

"we will discuss the question "Is there such a thing as The Great American Movie?"  We will also look at film from a cultural point of view, and attempt to identify some aspects that the best films from America share in common. We will also ask the question  “Is there such a thing as The Great Chinese Movie?” There will be plenty of opportunity for discussion, so please come prepared to talk about your favorite films with our group. "
